Caretaker Penang chief minister has secured PH’s first win in Penang with a thumping victory over his PN’s opponent H’ng Khoon Leng with a 7,116 vote majority.
This win allows Chow to continue another 5-year term as Padang Kota assemblyperson.
According to official figures by SPR, Chow secured 8,261 votes while H’ng had 1,145 votes.
