That’s exactly what happened at a humble nasi lemak joint in Petaling Jaya, where a generous customer accidentally QR-paid 100 times the amount for their meal.
In a viral post, the nasi lemak shop shared a CCTV screenshot of the customer at the counter, cheekily captioning it: “Is this you? You’ve mistakenly QR-paid us RM2,660 for your RM26.60 bill.”
“Help us find them so we can return the remainder to them! We’re not Omakase.”
Naturally, the post attracted a flood of comments from amused netizens.
