Traffic police officers in Johor earned praise online after they were caught on video pushing a stalled Lorry off the road to ease a major traffic jam.
Lorry stalled in the middle of the road
The incident was captured on a dashcam video that has since been circulating on social media.
The footage shows vehicles moving slowly past a blockage created by a police vehicle as traffic officers work to clear the way.
Driving forward, multiple traffic police officers can then be seen pushing a large lorry to the side of the highway.
“Giving a like for our abang police!”
Speaking to WeirdKaya, the netizen shared that the incident took place on September 24 along the Skudai Highway near the Impian Emas junction.
The lorry appeared to have broken down in the middle of the road, causing significant congestion.
“It didn’t look like an accident. The lorry just malfunctioned and stopped,” the uploader explained.
The netizen also wrote under the video caption: “Giving a like for our abang police!”
