KELANTAN – A Perodua Kancil became a raging ball of fire after it went aflame at a Petronas petrol station at Rantau Panjang, Kelantan at 8.35 am today.
Rantau Panjang Fire and Rescue Department chief Imran Ismail told Kosmo! that a distress call was made at 8.36 am and firemen quickly rushed to the scene, where they found the car in flames.
“Preliminary investigations found that 50% of the car was destroyed while the driver was charred beyond recognition.
“We will continue to work with the police in uncovering the cause behind the incident,” he said.
Social media was also flooded with photos and videos of the destructive scene.
